ANNOUNCING...
Special Project
"Shady Lady"
A Project Taught at
The R.C.'s Retreat
2006

Who is invited? We are inviting Club Presidents (or his/her representative) and one other member from each club in our Region. (In other words, two members from each club) Non-NAME clubs are also invited to participate and are welcome. BUT - Space is limited, so you must make reservations in advance and ASAP!

This weekend is intended as an opportunity for representatives of all the clubs in our region to get together to discuss club issues, membership, activities and to meet with State Reps to discuss your role in NAME and what you'd like to see happen in our region.

We will also be providing a project for you to put together called the "Shady Lady", OR whatever you choose to call yours. It is a garden shop storefront, but can easily be adapted to almost any kind of building you would like. It is a fairly simple project that is intended to be a project you can take back and teach at your club. It is easy to reproduce.

The weekend will include 2 nights lodging (triple occupancy) in a rustic setting and 5 meals; Friday Dinner, 3 maeasl Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday. Meals are served buffet style in the main dining room and the weekend will begin with dinner at 5:30 on Friday and end with Breakfast on Sunday.
